Building Worthington's Future (BWF) was established in 2019 when a group of residents came together to learn more about economic growth and its impact on their city. Initially formed as an informal group, BWF formalized into a non-profit organization in 2020. The organization quickly gained traction, with membership growing to nearly 100 residents in its first year. BWF's focus has been on respecting Worthington's heritage while ensuring the city's continued economic vitality. Since its inception, BWF has organized various events and initiatives, including hosting speakers to provide members with a well-rounded understanding of economic development. The organization has continued to evolve, engaging in community discussions, hosting galas, and advocating for informed decision-making regarding Worthington's future development
