City Council Meeting
At the May 18 meeting, City Council will hold public hearings on proposed bond funding for a new outdoor pool and critical sewer and water infrastructure improvements. These investments represent significant decisions around community amenities and long-term city services.
Council may also continue discussions on zoning, development, and park improvements, along with routine city business.
Third Thursday Night Market
Join us in Old Worthington for a festive evening market on the third Thursday of every month! Our retail shops and boutiques will stay open until 9pm, and restaurants will be serving drinks to sip on as you shop the interesting craft and art vendors along the street! Enjoy music and different food trucks each month!

This phase focuses on community review, bringing forward recommendations that balance what residents love about Worthington with how we thoughtfully grow. Topics include development character, housing, public spaces, transportation, economic vitality, and environmental stewardship.

City Council Meeting
City Council will take the next steps on several major decisions impacting Worthington residents, including proposed funding for a new outdoor pool and key sewer and water infrastructure improvements—set for public hearing on May 18.
Council will also review a rezoning request at 700 Morning Street, consider updates to the Wilson Hill Park playground design, and address a liquor permit transfer for The Whispering Page. These items build on recent efforts to support local business growth and shape future development in the community.
